Service Description

Do you have a specific issue that keeps coming up in your life? A past trauma that feels unresolved? Would you like a deeper connection to your body? Maybe you just want to decompress from the stress in your life. This 90 minute breathwork session will help you free up and release energy that you've been storing in your body. You will leave feeling empowered and more aware of yourself, and your energy body. The session begins with a brief discussion, followed by 40 minutes of breathing, with some light Reiki, 5-10 minutes of rest and integration, ending with a discussion about the experience.
